Evo 8/9's that have done Evo 7 hood/bumper swaps --- HALP!!!

So the USDM hood latch is a *****. First I had to make some "adjustments" to get the 7 front end to fit...now I can't get the hood to latch...

What did you guys do to remedy this issue on USDM Evos?

Straight swap they said....no issues they said...

You need the LHD Evo 7 hood latch. You can order one from a Mitsubishi dealer in Germany or from BRR http://www.brr.at/cms/baumschlager_r...racing_de.html

Other option would be to swap to hood pins.
