Hey guys hope i didnt post this in the wrong section still fairly new to this forum , just a quick ?? Has anyone ever bought from BuyBlackline.com , i have heard their legit an read some reviews. Just wondering if you did how long did it take you to receieve your product. Its been a week an i havent received any emails about shipping or anything , only thing i got was an order confitmation. I emailed them twice an havent had any responses to my emails, any info is appreciated , Thanks

 

All I can say is have patience. Check the vendor review forum. In my case, I waited about 1.5 week for the knob. They sent me the wrong insert and I had to wait an extra 3 weeks for the part. So yes... terrible communication IMO. Nice product though.

I ordered a knob from them a few months ago and had a similar experience. I think it took about 2 weeks to receive the knob.
