Info regarding Evo Info soon
I'm sorry I have not posted sooner, but I cleared my cookies and lost my password and the auto-password thingy was not emailing me a new password for a while. I'm back.
1. My dealer contacted me. Within the next month, photographs and some SPECS will be available. I instructed him to call me as soon as this happens, as I will be there to make copies or whatever I can do. I asked how he is getting this information, and that the REGIONAL manager is paying a visit and will have this information. I assume this will be happening for everyone soon, as this information cannot be kept a secret if they want to keep our business.
2. More information is slipping into the public. The "spy" photos from Autoweek was probably no coincidence, they were taken to be published to let auto enthusiants know that the U.S. Spec EVO VIII exists.
3. If the video exists from Las Vegas, maybe this is what the regional manager is going to bring with on his visit to play for the salespeople to get them familiar with the year 2003 lineup, including the EVO. If you look at those spy photos, I think it would have to have been videotaped - it looked very extravagant.
4. I am still promised the MSRP, with NO DEALER MARK UP ADDED. This was mentioned when I said I would walk with the slightest mark-up. I have a feeling things like ACD may be a big option to keep the sub-30K sticker price. My EVO will come *LOADED* with a 6-speed, blue is choice 1 and silver choice 2.
That's all I have for now ... thanks for reading.
