Evo 7 Idle issue

Evo 7 Idle issue
Hey guys,
Im having trouble with my idle, as you can see in the video here
This seems to happen randomly and fixes itself after a while, sometimes it can take a day to fix itself and sometimes it can take over a week..
Disconnecting the battery works sometimes aswell.
Any ideas what could be causeing this ?
