Hey all,

So I'm putting this Evo IX SE back together (my thread can be found here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/pr...e-rebuild.html) and I went to install my fuel pump assembly, with my new fuel pump filter, and realized I was missing something important.

As you can see:



So, I looked between the floor pan and the top of the fuel tank and I do NOT see the missing line. The prior owner did have the EvoDan double-pumper fuel setup. I can only assume that it requires removal of that fuel line to work properly? Regardless, I don't have it. So I went under the car and checked out the lines going up to the tank and this is what I found:





Can someone tell me if I need to purchase the OEM high pressure fuel line or can I use regular fuel hose? Also, is the disconnected hard line underneath the car the same high pressure fuel line from the fuel pump assembly?

From the looks of it the owner probably had a new line put in? AN fitting for his double pumper? Why not just copy what he did?
