Changed crank and cam sensors, still getting codes and no start

So I just the other day had my cam sensors changed, new crank sensor installed, and a new reluctor wheel installed as the previous owner of my car had the T belt changed at some point and the shop that did it bent the reluctor wheel and it killed the crank sensor over time. This caused my car to die while driving, since the sensors and wheel have been changed my car no longer dies while driving, but now randomly doesn't start (no crank, don't think I hear the starter) and it's throwing P0335 and P0340 still.. These were on before having all the work done on the car, and I assumed it would be good to go now with new sensors, but they don't seem to want to go away. I have a feeling whatever is causing these codes is what's causing my car to not start, but what may be causing all this? Wiring? ECU?

I just installed a brand new battery so I know that has nothing to do with it, the car starts sometimes, other times it will half crank, then when I try to start it again nothing happens, if I let it sit for maybe 30 seconds it will crank and fire then be fine. The car seems to drive just fine right now, just can't start!!

The other issue is that we can't log, the car says it's connected in evoscan but doesn't pull up any of the info (like rpms, or anything else). I would assume this may be related somehow? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
