A while ago I purchased an action cam for an rc quad copter that I'm building. I've used the camera at the beach and mounted it in my evo the other day. I've used a gopro hero 3 black edition and gotta say the sjcam sj5000 video quality is the same if not better when shooting during daylight, however the gopro shoots better at night. Also the microphone does not pick up high frequency sounds very well. Here is a video I took when going out for a drive, mostly boring but has some spirited driving in it
