Looking for carbon fiber trunk not to much interested in seibon because of the yellowing not to long after on the car

 

yup, my seibon hood yellowed after a few months of owning, My BIS racing demon style (lipped) trunk I have had for over 4-5 months now, still looks as good as it did brand new. I believe we are supposed to use special pain sealers on Carbon fiber, but the VISracing products have a good amount of clearcoat on them. gl

 

Yeah I keep hearing that about all of seibon cf products and it's annoying especially for the amount of money they charge they should fix that issue lol

 

Get the Do-Luck trunk. I had one before.

 

did yours give you any issues fitment wise? any gaps when the trunk would close?

 

It fit pretty well, though sometimes when closing the trunk, you'd have to pull the bottom of the trunklid a little outward so the latch lands and hooks properly.

Most East coast distributors do not stock these on site because we would need to pay for the freight to get them to us and then out to the customer. The price of the part would be close to $200 more than it is now.

However these ship out all over the country on a daily basis. 99% of the time without issue. For the 1% of the time that there is shipping damage, you are fully protected as long as the damage is noted prior to signing for it.
