New IAC installed, rough idle and wideband does not read

Long story short, my IAC went out on my 03 and I got a replacement. After the install, my wideband was reading lean. I reset the ecu (disconnect the battery) but after that the cars idle was worse and was no longer reading anything on the wideband (only dashes) Would this require another ecu reset or will it just need time to dial the idle back to normal?

Also, would this effect my ecuflash tune in anyway?

Do you have more than two maps on your ecu? Disconnecting the battery will default it to the first map. Make sure you are on the right map

There was only one map.

Today I will do a boost leak test to see see if there is any leak.
