I want to say on the front: no. On the rear: yes. My reason for saying that is usually on the front wheels, when you have a car that comes with both a manual and automatic transmission, between the tranny and the wheels you will have two versions of the shafts to cope with the transmission size. Automatics usually being the larger tranny have a shorter shaft on the side the trans is located on. Sometimes both sides are affected depending on the vehicle.
The rear should share the same differential on both vehicles so generally are swappable.
You can visually compare the axles when you pull one out and compare to the other.
Ex: the evo x Mr fronts are not swappable with the gsr and the rears are.

Correct me someone if I'm wrong but, I hope this is helpful.
