I need help on gettig my rear 02 sensor turned on just for the smog test. ECU was flashed with tephra back in 09. I'm located in the Bay Area California.

I replaced the rear 02 sensor already, even put the stock cat back in and drove it around and still no change. Rear 02 incomplete. Now I'm thinking it's tuned with rear 02 sensor off. any help would be appreciated.

 

Which tephra version? There should be a rear o2 patch. Mine passes with the rear o2 disconnected.

 

I don't really know, I had it done in 2009.

 

Are you able to download the rom?

 

No, I don't know anyone that has a cable and software that can.

I might just go to a tuner if I can't find anyone local.
