Headlight problems
DDM Tuning kit and harness; 55w, 9006/HB4, 4500k.
Low beams do not work.
Driver side 'driving light' works, passenger does not.
High beams work.
I've had issues with them. Typically I just have to switch the lights off and back on, but that's not working anymore. Last night they turned off while I was on the thruway, pulled over, turned the car off and turned it back on and they worked.
Any ideas?

Yeah, seems like there's a short somewhere in the wiring.
Grounds and plugs all look to be clean and tight.
I'm going to run a voltage meter on some wires tonight and see if I can locate any faults.
I'd rather not pull the bumper off until I absolutely have to.
I'm tempted to just order a whole new kit to see if that'll help me figure out how these were wired in, but since they were installed by the previous owner/during the previous ownership, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
I've never dealt with aftermarket HIDs before as my old cars came with them from the factory.

if bulbs are pink/purple it's a bulb issue, if bulbs don't work it's a ballast issue
sounds like a wiring issue. HID's will only affect the low beam, nothing else. if running lights dont work (and the bulb isn't burnt out) then i'd start checking wiring and make sure nothing was hacked in there when they did the HID install. shouldn't be because the ballasts are 9006 but you never know...

Hi-beams work.
Passenger side driving light does not work, driver side does, which leads me to believe it's a wiring issue.
Again, low beams do not work.
Problem I'm seeing is that it looks like the passenger side headlight wires go into the front fender. Am I looking at the wrong wires?
