Valve spring tool

Hey everyone,
I found this tool on eBay. What do you guys think? Anybody used it before?

I have one like it i didn't use it since i ended up pulling the head off the car.

I've used the exact same one when I did my cam install with new valve springs. Worked perfectly. No issues whatsoever.
