For those of you who were curious how an apex silver Evo 8/9 would look with white powder coated BBS wheels, here is how it looks. I'm so glad I didn't go black. I love these. A tad bit of a chore to keep em clean, but it's worth it to me.

Neat, I think rims are a feature on a car and when you black them they're hard to see in photos

 

I agree. All the photos of the black BBS wheels were had to see the detail of the rim, which was a turn-off

I've always liked white rims on a car. Gives it a Motorsport racing look.

Not too bad. I had Advan TC II's in white when I bought my car. Wasn't a huge fan of it.

Now i got the MR BBS's in its stock gun metal grey color. I love the silver and gun metal color combo.

Just gotta get it re powder coated and fill in the curb rashes.

 

Nice the white pops pretty good. I'm a silver finish kind of guy myself. Not sure yet if I wanna drop 1200 for a set of cool rims.
