Boost issue

Boost issue
So got my car back from being tuned car runs great, but did a boost test a few days ago just to check up on her, found 2 boost leaks coming from the bottom area of the egr, out them back on & nomore leaks, but now the car is acting funny, car pulls full thru 1,2,3rd, but in 4th will only go up to 6k & fell like it having a boostor fuel cut off, please help. With any info thanks
