Rear O2 sensor bad?

Tuner has confirmed it's not disabled in my rom. Replaced the sensor and it's still logging 0 volts. Any suggestions on next steps?

Perhaps your connector plug in the harness is bad or has some build up. Pop it off and take a look inside. Hope this helps.

Does the O2 sensor need to be on the cat to work? Mine is on the exhaust, past the cat. Wondering if this might be an issue. I would assume not.

Where did you purchase the rear 02 sensor? I'm trying to avoid spending 400$ on the oem one. Did you solve your problem yet or no? I'm still having issues with my 02 Monitor not completing. Local tuner said my tune was good and it wasn't disabled, have the cat on the vehicle, rear 02 in the cat and still nothing.

Got a Denso from Rockauto. Problem is it is still reading 0 volts. I have an appointment to have it diagnosed. I think the previous owner had it disconnected from the ECU and tuned out.

Did you ever get this fixed? Same thing is happening to me still. Scanner shows it reads 110-300 mv, but when I test the sensor directly it reads up to 900mv like it's suppose to. Had my tuner re check the map and they said it was fine

Had the sensor reconnected to the ECU. Was reading fine. Still wouldn't read "ready." I gave up.
