Yeah, it's been in their showroom (along with their graphite gray one) for the last few years, and I'm there every few months for service. I think it has something like 200 miles on it, from what I remember hearing. It has some SCM decals on it but those can be taken off.

 

Damn. I'd go buy that new 9 mr if I could...

Everything has a price. Though I'm sure you will be a premium for theirs.

 

They're selling it but they don't list it since they don't want lowballers or to waste their time with people who are hoping for a deal. From what I remember, it even has a "not for sale" sign on it, probably for that same reason, since it's not like anyone wouldn't want it.

I remember Sam (their GSM) listed the four of them on EvoM maybe five years ago, which even back then blew people's minds, as they had stashed these. Initially they were offered at sticker (which like I said even then got people complaining about it, saying they weren't paying 2006 sticker prices for a new 2006 car in 2010-2011 or whatever year it was), but there was an overseas buyer who bought the first of the four and raised the bar by offering a stupid amount of money.

 

so I checked socal mitsu. they have just 1 left, and its the grey color. has only 17 miles on it. they want 90k for it. lol. thats NSX territory.

 

Oh dang, really? I'm going in tomorrow for service. Curious when they sold the white one.

 

let me know what they did with it. I talked to a dude named jason, he said he has no idea about any white one. unless they were hiding it from me. lol

Not sure who Jason is. That dealership (and any dealership, really) has high turnover, so unless it's Abbas (dealership owner) or Sam (GSM) or even Rigo (service manager), they may not always know what they're talking about.

 

If OP wants a unicorn, this is it. I've only seen one other low mile Evo IX RS pop up for sale within 2 years. Better jump on it.

Haha yeah he's still there. Good guy though, he always takes care of me. An oil change or two ago, he gave me one of the Team Pacquiao shirts they had, which was cool to rock at MOD since no one else had that one that I had.

 

I'm at the dealership. The cars used to be inside the showroom (or at least they were in the "old" dealership before they moved down the street), and they're not in here. I asked someone where the IXs went, and a guy specifically said both were "mothballed" in the back somewhere. My guess is their other cars are there too, like their orange and blue VIIIs along with the white X MR that was signed by Manny Pacquiao.
