Motor break in tune

Hi everyone I am having Buschur Racing build me a new 2.4 lr block for my 04 evo. My previous block was a 2.4 with a oem 100mm crank manley I beam rods and manley 9:0 pistons. The new block will have a 10:1 compression ratio according to Buschur with I beam rods and manley pistons. I will be using the same head. My question is how much different will my tune be? Could I get away with the break in first 500 miles or so before I go get a new tune or would the added compression cause something to break?

Hmm this might be something I would ask buschur about they would probably be able to give you a better answer on this if you don't mind me asking what happened to your last built motor just give out or looking for more power ?
