I have evo 7 tails on my 8 and they are more shallow inside where the bulb goes, so my LEDS from my 8 tails are too long physically. I had this problem on my old car and a company got me a shorter version of the 7440 that worked, but they went out of business . Anyone know of a nice bright LED that is short enough to fit in a 7 tail

 

Contact Diode Dynamics, they are a vendor on another forum I am on for a different platform. They have always been really helpful and their products have held up great for me. They should be able to get you something.

 

I actually came across them today, but im not trying to spend $40 on an LED
