Turn signals, Hazards don't work. Need help pleaseeeee

Hey guys,

So I been researching this issue that's been happening a few weeks ago and I hope someone can give some direction where to start digging.
I replaced my steering column because the tilt function broke, that night everything worked fine till the morning. On my commute to work my wipers and turn signals don't work at all. On my old evo 8 MR I fixed it with the connectors by the left foot panel. This time on my evo 9 MR I did the same thing but the turn signals and hazards still don't work.

I hard wired the wires and checked all fuses and I have both the 018 and 014 ETACS.

I checked every fuse in the engine bay and foot panel with a voltmeter and still no luck. The only clue I have right now is that there's no power going to the 7.5 amp and the 20 amp next to it which is for the turn signals.

I'm losing my brain trying to figure this out. I don't have a winter car until I get this fixed.

Any help would be great and appreciated.
Thanks!

After tearing the interior apart, checking every possible connection and relay and switch. The wire that powers the ETACS in the connectors in the kick panel that usually go bad from corrosion was the problem. We hard wired most of the wires that is visible with corrosion, and after testing the orange wire and pulling it apart, there was corrosion on the inside of the wire and not visible from the connection side. Ended up hardwiring the entire connector, which is probably what I should have done from the start.

Thank you every one for your input and help!

I originally thought it was that too, but I bought 2 ETACS modules and none of them did the trick till I hardwired the orange wire that powers it.

I've not heard of this happening. Why do the wires corrode? Does moisture get in there somehow?
