I tapped in my header for my EGT temp my gauge blinks which means their is a wiring issue well I grabbed my power probe. When I Probe the power I have voltage and same when I ground I have ground but once I connect the sensor my power has ground
kinda stuck on the issue

 

A thermocouple generates it's own voltage.
You'll be measuring it wrong.

 

ok but when I take the EGT probe off the header and put a lighter to it it works and light don't blink. It once I reinsert it the light blinks
