The car looks beautifully built, and I can't knock the apparent craftsmanship. However, the sped up video garbage and the previous lies they've been caught up in have left me extremely sceptical of this company.
Don't forget STM. I think their RS makes right around 1000whp on their Mustang dyno. Getting down on an 8.0, with Emery banging through gears in an H-pattern box.

^ This.

Even if they manage to beat the STM evo. The Extreme Tuna's "evo", isnt H-pattern and no one can even confirm anything about the car because its all shrouded in mystery and hocus pocus.

The fact of the matter is, Extreme Tuna's has had the opportunity to be flown in to the US to perform on a "real" racetrack in front of thousands of evo enthausists and continue to bail out and post doctored videos online.

Even when someone tried to pony up the RIDICULOUS prices to build a US based extreme Tuna's evo, they again, ****ed the dude and didn't deliver on parts and everything fell through.

Move along people, nothing of substance to see here.

Hmm... so half the horsepower, an H-pattern shifter, and it does 8.0? Wonder what all the Greek fanbois have to say about that.

I remember when they were offered that. Any shop worth their salt would've jumped on that offer to prove the world wrong.

Because Buschur was making 8s passes in 2007, with parts that cost 1/10th of what Extreme Tuners charge. Moving the powerband that far to the right and spinning the motor to 15K is not necessary, or even a good idea.

Nitro engines actually run quite low CR. Typically about 7.0 for a TF dragster.

Europe's fastest at 8.2......1200HP?

Meanwhile downunder does 7s with 1200HP.

I heard a rumour that the chassis of the last one is now running a rotary but wearing a different body shell. It might not be true though?

Yep, the 40-42 sec mark is fishy, slow it down and you see it.

He did it again in Malta. And no, it's not with full power. He did 7.88 in low power/boost. He broke 5 rear diffs and one propshaft when he raised the boost. When he manages to make the transmission handle 2000hp, he will run a low 7 in your face. The 7.88 with a bad launch is enough to hold the world record though.

These guys deserve some credit. I dont think its sped up. I just think they know what theyre doing. So is it a 4g63 with sleeves to make it a 1.8? Or is it not even a 4g63 anymore?
