Turbo forged +300whp Lancer shaking badly at idle?
Watch the engine shaking at idle in the next video:
What is causing this type of strong, deep shaking??? It is NOT vibrating, it's shaking. The engine appears to have a problem that is making it to make inintermittent but strong shaking. You can notice the hood is shaking, and can be also noticed at the muffler tip. It looks like a misfire or something. Idle is steady at 1,000rpm. It run well till 10 psi of boost, after that it seems like the engine is presenting hesitation, the hesitation occurs at high boost and after 4,000rpm at wot only. Engine is forged built, Wiseco pistons and K1 connecting rods. T3T04E .50 .63 Running at 17psi and at 78psi of fuel pressure, it have Walbro 255lph and 450cc injectors. It was running perfectly under hi boost till a few days ago when the problem started. It stills pull hard but presenting the engine hesitation under wot at hi boost and after 4,000rpm, and shaking at idle. I suspect either Spark plugs or Coils. ???
Thanks.
