AC wire cut?

Hello all,

So I have had enough sweat time in the seat that I decided to try and get my AC to work, first I tried to pressurize the system and it held fine at the recommended PSI but the compressor never turned over, thinking it was a bad compressor I decided to look anyways, came across a plug not plugged in off the AC compressor and what looks like a line that was cut, can anyone confirm this makes sense as to be the problem (clearly) and more importantly point me where I can get a new harness or what it would even be listed under...

IIRC, there's only two wiring connections on the compressor, the clutch and the temperature sensor. The temperature is in line with the magnetic clutch.

That is the same thing that was wrong with my ac, someone cut that line.

I ran a wire to it and tapped it in for now, I would love to know where that connector is so I can buy one xD

Also true, I just need to find the right connector and I can try to splice it, only issue is there is not that much room to cut the wire I will have to add some as well, Hence why I kind of just wanted to get a new harness for that portion and keep it clean and correct

What's strange is I remember a single wire too. However, the FSM shows a wire going to the temp sensor and a wire from there to the clutch.

I might be able to find that connector in our shop assortment of connectors.

I work for hyundai. Ive seen that connector before. Either on a power steering pump or on a compressor.

Ill check monday.
