Update. So I let the car sit for two weeks. Started up fine. Drove fine until I stopped at a light, went to take off and died. It did it twice. Then today it did it again and wouldn't start. No cel. I didn't turn the key completely off. Tried a few times then shut the car off completely and it started up. Then right after that on the freeway I went to downshift and the car died. I have full power to everything when this happens. I let it sit in the on position for a sec. shut the car off completely then starts right up. I'm thinking maybe it could be my ecu.

 

Have you tried putting in a known working Omni 4 bar MAP sensor? Your issues sound very similar to what I experienced before and a new sensor solved it.
