I've been running these for about 5-8 years now. No issues with them lining up, but I did have a custom bracket mounted to the lower turbo outlet pipe. May not have needed it but both my mechanic and I felt it couldn't hurt, plus the stock one has a mounting point.

Others might recommend different but if you have a stock turbo you wont see much of a "gain" with a piping kit. You could even possibly Lose some spool time.
But i guess if youve already bought it. Throw it on.
If you wana make good power, start buying parts to convert to e85.

Take your time, find good used deals.
You can be making 400whp on this setup with in $2500
I would still have my upper pipe today but my hose was starting to fray from rubbing the battery terminal. I've personally seen them hold 500hp. And even John Bradley recommends to change them if you plan on running over 30psi.

We do not have e85 available in kenya, at the best we can only get 91oct, otherwise its mostly 89oct.
