HELP evo 9 vibration noise

Please help if you know what this is! I have a evo 9 with a 5 speed swap but the 5 speed was done a long time ago. recently i had a leak from my transfer case so i took it to a local shop and they fixed the leak. as soon as i drove off with the car, i started hearing this vibration coming from the rear end. It vibrates for a second, stops for a second, then starts again for a second, and stops again for a second. basically every other second, it vibrates. Its not a super loud vibration. It vibrates while im driving. If im driving 40mph, and put it in neutral, it still does it so its not influenced by rpm. nothing vibrates when the car isnt moving. Any input is appreciated thank you

They did not. Have you heard anything like this before?

sounds a bit like drive shaft vibration, you might need to get under and check to see if anything is lose. If the rear seal on the TC was leaking they would have pulled the drive shaft out.
