Spark plug wires stuck

Went to try to replace my plugs, and the wires are stuck on there. I removed the bolts for the cover, all the 10mm bolts in sight, but it still appears that they are stuck. It might have melted/fused from not being replaced over several years but I wasn't sure if I was missing something and decided not to yank. Am I missing something?

Also, is there an OEM equivalent spark plug wire I could buy (for my Hondas I could just get NGK which would be 50% cheaper for the exact same product). TIA

You can use plyers and put a shop rag over wire so you dont tear it. Turn and pull up. Not from the wire but from boot. This is the correct tool to use but you can get creative.

I usually twist slightly to break the seal between the plug and wire.

Also, MAP has the OEM set for $50

Use dielectric grease in the plug boot to prevent this from happening.
