Hey everybody trying to figure out a good price to list the following vehicle for sale.
I'm hesitant to just go off of KBB but also due to the issues with the car, let me know what you guys think in terms of price, thanks!

2003 Lancer Evolution VIII, Apex Silver(196k miles)

Mostly stock has some parts from when it was modified including:
HKS 264/164
Downpipe + Cat Delete
Bilstein MR Struts & Springs

Issues:
Front Bumper & Hood Damage
Rust Driver's Side Rear Wheel Well
Front Driver's Side Fender Liner
Driver's Side HID Light Doesn't Work (Ballast replacement on hand)
Rear Driver's Side Fuel Leak

 

10k or under. Rust is the killer

you know...

... if the thing is megga clean, good interior, body was mostly straight, and ran good...
even with the rust... you might ask a little over the 10 mark.

if its a beater..
under 10 for sure.
