They probably just let their "approval" expire, and had to pay the fee (extortion) to renew the approval...

Just use it. It's actually better. Has higher EP additive content..

I'm getting my T-case rebuilt at shep racing and they said the ban has been lifted and are allowed to sell it again. So I wouldn't go around and pay anything crazy for a few qts. I would give it some time.
