That's what I was thinking also, I was in the process of installing Uego Boost and wideband gauges when I cam across all these random wires/stuff unplugged. Seems like the previous owner had a few things installed and didn't full take them out. I've been cleaning it up and getting rid of what I don't need. I figured this was aftermarket just wanted to make sure.
