Help Identify Oxygen Sensor (02 Sensor)

Sorry might be a stupid question but I just want to confirm. My OBDII is reading my 02 sensor "not ready" due to a low voltage but is this 02 sensor an upstream by the manifold or downstream on the exhaust. Thank in advance guys

The P0401 doesn't get fixed by deleting the EGR valve.

The monitor not running for the O2 sensor isn't a specific code, it just means the monitor hasn't run. Either their is a code for one of the O2 sensors, or the monitor is turned off in the tune.
