theres a rubber to be placed at the bottom of the pump so when u clip it, the pump will be pushed all the way up. hopefully u could check the low fuel sensor portion whether it could leak pressure.

Sorry, forgot to get back to you yesterday. Anyway, it looks like low fuel sensor is pligging the pressurized fuel. Did you remove the O-ring on yours?
