OK the bottom is for the alternator to intake manifold but what's the top one. The one in the first pic

I thinks it is off the head looks like it holds 2 sensors but where does it mount

it mounts on the right hand rear corner of the head (driver's side corner near firewall) i'm 99% sure its meant to hold a cluster of wiring.
