Source for "JDM" HID (Orange) Headlights & LHD non-HID (Orange turn signals)!!

All,

Just wanted to put this in a separate thread, from discussions here: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...eadlights.html

Phil@Rossport was able to hook me up with Evo 9 HIDs with the JDM style headlights - these look to be the same as the JDM ones, no real difference in appearance, just a different pn for a different market. The part numbers were 8301B724 & . These are way, way cheaper than if you tried to get the "JDM" ones from Japan/vendor from OEM, when really we're just looking for the orange portion.

8301B724 RH - https://www.rosssport.com/Brands/Mitsubishi-OEM-Parts/Head-light-right-MIT8301B724
8301B723 LH - https://www.rosssport.com/Brands/Mitsubishi-OEM-Parts/Head-light-left-MIT8301B723

For those of you guys with non-HID setups, they have the non-HID LHD (German) headlights available!! No projector issues like with the JDM/RHD headlights. Please reach out to them for deatils on that.

I’ve been looking at these myself.
Question: Are the HID’s for a left hand drive car as well? Or is it just the non-HID’s?

HIDs only for the RHD unfortunately. HID LHD was discontinued

The draw backs from driving a unique car.
Thanks, looks like I’m still on the search.
And good luck with your car.

Huh? Are you or are you not HID? If you are, you need the HID version which is simply plug n play. If you're not, you need the non-HID version. If you want HIDs for the non-HID lights, just get an aftermarket HID kit (I've been running one for like 11-12 years now). Aftermarket kits don't look or work as good as factory, but mine still works great and I'm still on the original bulbs that came with the kit.

I'm jealous of the HID guys. Factory lights are trash and no fogs is wack. Nobody is buying my lights lol.

I'll def be reaching out but not in the near future. Still have to rebuild my head and possibly block if there's damage. Really want those lights to match my JDM tails.

I have oem h.i.d's, the LHD HID headlights are discontinued, they're cheaper through this vendor. I have aftermarket h.i.d's in my accord, i don't like them, they're ok just prefer oem for the evo......

FWIW, i'm going to sell my jdm hid's for very cheap. the left side has broken and mangled tabs, the right side has tabs but the lens is busted. will be selling so people can use the innards. if you all you want is the orange and white flipped from usdm, should be able to open up and use

yea but we didnt even know these existed for the non-HIDs. also, a steal to get the RHD/JDM style headlights at ~1,100 usd shipped.
