AEM Infinity Evo 8

Hey everyone! I got my evo flex fuel tuned with an aem infinity and I have it paired with a BTI Tft gauge, I’m fresh to the whole flex fuel set up. My question is, will my boost target drop depending on ethanol content? On 93 it’s set to 26psi and on e85 it’s set to 44psi, today is the first day of adding e85 but still have left over 93 inside, my gauge read 58% ethanol. When i swap to my kill mode tune, my target showed me around 31psi of boost, will it automatically fluctuate depending on ethanol %? Any help would be awesome, stay safe!

That would be a question for your tuner
The whole point of flex fuel is that, the tune will be interpolated between no ethanol and ethanol automatically depend on the blend setting so it is something you have to refer to your tuner for

Flex fuel is based off of ethanol percentage. Depending on the ethanol content, everything will adjust - boost, timing, etc. all based off of what the percetnage of ethanol is. That's the beauty of flex fuel, pour in whatever and the ECU does the rest.

Post up your tune. I can go through it to tell you if your tuner set the boost per ethanol %. Or you can do it too. Its under the boost tab in the tuning menu. Should be labeled something like "target boost". Just post a screen shot of it if you want.
