How much would you pay for this 05 Evo MR?

I'm in the process of buying a 2005 Evo 8 MR from a friend. Since I'm new to the Evo market, I'm curious how much is this Evo worth. The car has a rebuilt title due to front end damage back in 2010. There are rusts here and there but minimal.

Mods:
75000 miles
Invidia turbo manifold
Downpipe
3.5" Exhaust
Injen FMIC and piping
HKS BOV
Motor mounts
Oil and transmission cooler
Built transfer case
New Stage 2 clutch and flywheel
1000cc injectors
255lph fuel pump
Tuned on AEM V1
VIS carbon fiber hood
Fresh paint job recently

KBB pins this at approx $16K to $19K. The salvage title likely has a big effect on that range (maybe its worth 15K due to that title?)

Thanks for the input. He's asking $12K for it. Just trying to decide if it's a good deal or not.

Oh yeah, that sounds inviting @ 12K. I would want to make sure the front sub frame & its mounting points are not bent. A thorough under body inspection would be needed

12k seems reasonable. I've seen salvaged 9's for $15-16k.

I would ask to take it to an aligment shop just to check where the measurements are. If that looks good along with the test drive and normal inspections, i would not hesitate to pay 12k for that car even with a rebuilt title. Looks good from the pics.
Considering the performance you get for that price, done listen to anyone that says "its a rebuilt title, i wouldnt pay a penny over 5k" lol
If you dont mind me asking, what vehicle platform are you coming from?

Thanks for the input. I'm coming from the Honda platform. I have a Civic Si as my daily, this Evo will be a weekend car. I used to have a 2018 Type R but it wasn't as fun and raw like the Evo.

I agree. 11-13k sounds about right.
