Question AYC clutch delete to instal CuscoRS diff

Hi everyone
I would like to know if you could indicate me, if there are discussions on the removal of the AYC system from the EVO VI GSR differential case,
to be able to mount a Cusco RS diff and eliminate the pump and accessories.......into the GSR case diff
and if there are tutorials on the work to be done.....

many thanks regards
Lerio

You are better off finding info from lancerregister.com for AYC and pre EVO VIII
You are better off going with RS differential than to convert AYC differential to Cusco LSD, the AYC differential casing is weaker and will fail under higher HP application.

When they were still making parts, Ralliart made a conversion kit to put the mechanical diff inside the AYC case. I haven't seen one of those kits in years, however. There are diffs to upgrade the AYC setup, but they still depend on hydraulics and none of the RS-style diffs will install directly. To totally eliminate the hydraulic setup, you will need an entire RS differential setup (diff mounts, diff, axles, etc).
