TRC did a feature on Dan's Evo 8. AG spec build 4g63 2.2 Wet block, Xona 67mm. I know Dan personally and he's got some drivermod!
Its a 4G63, no cement,no oring. Stock evo 9 headgasket. The TRC evo is the same setup.
The 63 block has more material between the bores and offers a better sealing surface then a 64 block. Now, If you have a good machine shop they should be able to O-ring a 64 block .
