It'll be close enough to drive it to get inspected if you're running stock cams.

I see. It will be on stock cam but the block will be a freshly built block. Hopefully all goes well...

As long as you aren't throwing any Codes, all your smog monitors are ready/pass, everything notable between the airbox to the cat is stock (intercooler & Ignition mods are ok but that's it no intercooler piping), and you aren't blowing any smoke out of the exhaust you should be good.

What about the ecu part? I heard it doesn’t have to be calibrated by the dealership. As long as its noted by a shop that its been corrected as should. Any knowledge on this?

If you were flagged for ECU tampering you have to prove it was corrected. Otherwise it just needs to be a completely stock calibration to pass.
