I left a total of 3 notes on my neighbor's Evo 9, letting him know I was very serious about buying it. Guy never got back to me, and it was modded...and I was starting to feel like a creep. so I bought an unmodded one from a dealer

that, mostly because the supply of unmolested Evos has practically gone down to nothing. i haven't seen a bone stock Evo at under 100K miles for sale this year....

Do high mileage Supras sell for a lot or only the lower mileage ones? Wondering if the Evo will follow that

I have heard of people buying cars that were advertised as bone stock, but were actually
ragged out cars “returned to stock”. I rather buy a bolt on Evo, well documented, than from someone who lies lol.

I don't think the number of surviving 7-9 Evos is at 2147 yet but 7000 to 10000 for sure. Has an Evo 7-9 sold for $100000 usd yet? Soon very very soon!

Soon? I seriously, seriously doubt that. Some time in the future? Maybe once ICE cars all dead and gone and it's a novelty in some way. Or, you live in Canada.

Has anyone ever listed an Evo 8 for $100000? Give me until the end of June I will like to be the first at this elusive 100k. Is anyone going to pay me that? I seriously, seriously hope "NOT" because I am not ready to let it go. Too many priceless memories, 16 years and counting, driving it home from the dealer with my dad, countless hours, days and nights working on it, ghost stories, a near death experience, a girlfriend that would come and watch me work on it that became a wife , some of the best work of my automotive career and so much more are all connected to this little car. Somethings can't be sold for any price! Just to be safe I will list it for $150000k

The above picture is the wiring harness for the double din radio that I installed a few weeks back. I spent a minimum of 50 hrs (lost track) between planning, locating the donor heater control panel, mounting brackets, wiring and finalizing install.

I also brought my Evo on my first date, she claimed it was a POS. We are married now, and she still calls it a POS but since it was with me before we were together, it stays ...HA! Please do tell about the ghost story though lol

it's 2021, if a pokemon card can sell for 150k I'm pretty sure and evo 8/9 can hit these numbers no problem given afew factors and the changing circumstances in the car world. They are already showing signs of massive price spiking. Other countries like Canada have such higher prices because evos were never offered here, importing is so expensive. As the usa supply falls critically low. Youl see huge asking prices.
