I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this but I know someone who has an abandoned CP9A chassis and noticed this gauge cluster. I never knew these clusters existed so I wanted to see if anyone knows anything about it. I want to purchase it but wanted to make sure its genuine before I do. Also don't mind how dirty it is, its been sat for years with a window busted and I didn't have anything to clean it with at the time

 

That's some rando aftermarket EL cluster overlay, not a Ralliart or HKS part. It's likely from the UK since the MPH figure is dominant.
