2003 Evo 8 Won’t run! HELP

2003 Evo 8 Won’t run! HELP
Alright guys so I’m new to the evo world. Just picked up my first one and I’m finding countless problems with it.
first off I found the boost controller cut and tucked away, bov blocked off, fixed those issues. Car ran alright, drove it a few times.
Then out of the blue it started running like **** and stalling on me at lights. I limped it home parked it, the next morning i started it and it revved up to 1700rpms then would fall to about 3-500rpms then stall out, I can keep it running but it sounds like it’s cutting out, almost like the timing skipped. But I checked the timing and it all checked out.
i replaced the o2 sensor, iac, and cam positioning sensor, and spark plugs.
Check all couplers, and vacuum lines.
i don’t know where to keep looking. I’m lost at this point.! Sorry if it sounds stupid, I don’t know very much about these cars.
