Link G4+ PnP Ecu help

Hi all,
Looking to see whether anyone on here is a bit of a link ecu whiz. I have a PnP ecu in my car and am having a slight issue with the thermo fan. Key the car to accessories and the thermo fan roars to life and stays on. Ive got full access to the link g4+ software when connected to the laptop. Question is, how do I switch the thermo fan to operate as normal ~coming on at the set temperatures and shutting off when it needs to, instead of running the entire time.
In the aux settings for fan 1 with the polarity set to low and the fan is ON, changing the polarity to high and the fan will cut off. I didnt think that was normal operation for the fan?
Would other symptoms like a failing coolant sensor on the thermostat housing be giving me this issue or is there a setting in the ecu I need to change around? I don't believe the fan control module is the culprit, it isn't that old but I will be borrowing a friends later this evening to test anyway.
Cheers.

Wish I could help, but interested in the outcome as I've ordered a Link ECU for our Evo 5.

Curious, did this just start happening or always from the installation?

It was fine with the oe fan and oe ecu. Ive changed it to a slim spal fan, depinned and repinned the connectors to suit. I cant see that being the root cause. Its an odd one being a PnP ecu, it should just pick up as per normal.
I did find the fan control module had popped the 50a fuse which Ive replaced. Once i sort it out ill let you know.

There's a Link forum, you might want to add yourself on that and ask the questions.

hey Tim, I ended up consulting the tuner who remotely fixed it and uploaded the new map.
If you get stuck, I can bring up the settings on mine you can follow.

Cheers.
