I knew quite a few in Southern California up until the last couple of years. Some of them got rid of them because of how strong the market is for clean evo 8/9's. One of them had a 70k mile 9 gsr and he got $36-38k for it if I remember correctly. I have another friend that has a 60-70k mile eb 9 gsr that wanted $35k before the market got pretty crazy and he's wanting over $40k for it now lol I'm on my second evo 9 myself, but I was the second owner of my first and second evo

Never gave that too much thought but maybe the info is out there that could be compiled?

Thanks. I've kept a lot of them, but have no intent to ever put it back to stock. Yes, original paint.

I'm not the first owner of my Evo and it's not my first... but I will probably be it's last owner and it will be my last, also. I have every single OEM part that came off the car, not that it's a lot, as you can see here. Every part of the car has less than 3k miles on it, except for the t-case. Pay no mind to my BFF doing her first-ever AutoX

OO of my '05 VIII. 6 miles on the odo when bought in Oct 2004 and probably 115K now. Sold a lot of the OEM parts but keeping the ones I have now since they are becoming more and more rare (and thus more valuable) . Pic is from 2018, but looks about the same today esp since it was down for ~3 years during that period.

I'm the one and only with my '06 IX MR SE. And still more or less stock. Just threw in the Buschur Stage 1 and 2 parts for a little extra kick back in the day. Relocated some gauges, put in a new head unit, and that's it. 112k miles on her, mostly DD but a little autocross fun, nothing major. But now I think it's time for her and I to enjoy a midlife crisis together and see if we can't get her up to 400hp give or take.

For the record, I've known my wife for 15 years...but I've known my car for 16.

If it makes you feel better, I've been at 430whp for about four years now. The car is as reliable as stock. My Formula has been to keep it as OEM as possible and only change what needs to be. 400-450 is the sweet spot. You're gonna have a blast.
