Evo 7 gta Weird idle on cold start

Vehicle is currently running rich and when I do a cold start the vehicle would feel its about to die a couple of times but its fine once warm up, I have no idea if it's the maf, map, 02 sensor, tps, iacv, or a vacuum leak, I clean everything except for the tps, no check engine lights, I did unplugged the maf while the vehicle is running and still keeps running without it, any ideas?

Here's a couple of links of the cold start

You should do a boost leak test.

The weird start up was from the battery where it was only doing 9 cranking amps instead of 400, thats why I had a dead battery each time I attempted the start up, already replace the battery and starts up no problems
