steering wheel lock Evo 8

Is there any way to unlock the steering wheel lock without power in the car?

Accidentally locked mine and I’m rebuilding the car so I can’t turn the key 😅

You shouldn't need power it's a mechanical lock, just turn the key 1 click and it should unlock.

Sounds like your wheel is tight against the lock pin. Try to turn the wheel a bit while turning the key to unload it so it will unlock.
As stated, its a mechanical thing so power won't effect it.
