What Is This Part Called? - Bought My First Evo Project

I just bought my first Evo 8 for $2,000. Heck of a deal, but it needs quite a bit of work. I'm starting to piece together parts for the body and such but can't find what looks to be a bumper support/reinforcement.

I found this breakdown on Mitsubishi's website but nothing looks like it .

Any help or advice is welcome. Thank you!

I'm an idiot. I found it. I was searching for the wrong keywords. Oops.

That is a RIDICULOUS deal, especially today. Congrats on your new project! The transmission and engine are worth $5000 MINIMUM these days. Was this an auction car?

There is an auction sticker on the window. The guy I bought it from bought it from the auction and then let it sit for 2 years under a tree. The carfax I got confirmed this. He probably used it as a parts car. The entire interior is there and intact. Including some real carbon fiber trim. All the body panels too, except the front bumper. Trunk and spoiler. Wide body kit and XXR rims. Coilovers too.

It looks like the car was in a front end collision. The frame rails are straight but the radiator supports are bent, bumper missing and engine mounts are tweaked. The transmission bellhousing is cracked but I have one.

Engine wiring is everywhere though. Need a timing kit and new cam and serp pulleys as well.

It's going to be a long process and some $ but we'll get it done!

You can still get the full rad support. Might as well order it while you can. lmk if you want part numbers/suppliers.
