Most shops are out of business and trying to figure out who I can trust. I know STM up north but anything closer to Washington DC?

Moore Automotive is where I go and have for about 10 years now.

 

Tom (TSComptuned) is amazing and his attention to detail is unbelievable. Look at my build in my signature I wouldnt take it to anyone else. Having this car for 20years going through multiple shops/tuners you will not go wrong.
He is in PA - Depending how far you are he also might come get it (for a fee)

is this in Florida, if so thats quite far from DC as the original post asked.
