Great Mitsu Service Dept Experience
My service dept is great. I am honest with them about how I use that car and they've always taken care of me. So far, they're replaced the driveshaft and the transfer case is being replaces right now. Both under warranty and I have an aftermarket clutch. They know I don't drag race, but i do drive hard. They know I autocross too. As long as you're good to them, they'll be good to you. I never ask for a rental car and I never demand anything. I also told them to take their time when repairing it since it's not my daily driver. They still always get it done in a week or less.
